Global Schools Presents at WISE12

Global Schools recently participated in the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) in Doha, hosted by the Qatar Foundation.

This summit brought together global leaders to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and humanity, under the theme of Humanity.io: Human Values at the Heart of Education.”

Across the panel discussions and workshops during the two day forum, there was a strong focus on how AI is being integrated into education, as well as ensuring that innovation and technology remain grounded in student learning, well-being, and the cultivation of critical thinking.

Global Schools Director, Amanda Abrom is a WISE Emerging Leader Fellow Alumna. As part of her work with WISE, Abrom took part in the Pedagogical Innovation Showcase, highlighting the impact of its Global Schools Advocates initiative and UN at Your Doorstep Program. These programs play a key role in supporting educators through sustainability-focused professional development while fostering a global community of teacher-leaders committed to climate action and planetary stewardship.

During the panel, Abrom joined fellow innovators Wanjiku Itambo (Kidogo Early Years), Omowumi Ogunrotimi (Gender Mobile Initiative), and Zubair Junjunia (ZNotes).

In addition to the main summit, Global Schools joined Education House, co-hosted by HundrED, Salzburg Global, and Teach For All. This gathering marked the launch of the HundrED Innovation Collection 2026, which includes the Global Schools Program among this year’s recognized innovations.

The Global Schools Program is grateful to the Qatar Foundation for its leadership and support, and looks forward to future engagements.

A great example of celebrating student achievement while highlighting an important global issue. The article felt positive and https://www.pantherplumbing.com/ motivating. It reminded me of an education-focused post I saw.

I really enjoyed reading about Global Schools presenting at WISE12—what stood out to me is how you’re not just talking about sustainability in theory, but embedding it into school culture and daily decision-making. I’ve worked with education-focused initiatives before and one thing I’ve consistently noticed is that students engage much more deeply when sustainability becomes visible in their immediate environment, not just in lesson plans. For example, when I was researching how schools can reduce their carbon footprint in practical ways, I tested different building-efficiency approaches and even implemented a smart wifi controller for AC to better manage classroom cooling based on occupancy and real-time conditions. The result wasn’t just energy savings—it sparked conversations among students about data, consumption patterns, and…

It's impressive to see how Global Schools showcased its initiatives at WISE12, especially with the focus on integrating AI into education while keeping student well-being and critical thinking at the center. The way you explained the topic was very clear and helpful. I recently came across a similar discussion on https://www.phonydiploma.com/ which also offered an interesting perspective on innovative educational programs and global youth engagement. Great work highlighting the impact of such initiatives!

I found a fun way to spend my afternoon break when I practiced turning corners in the drift boss game while listening to music. It feels like sliding on clouds and helps me forget about all the homework waiting on my desk.

Really inspiring story it’s great to see students being encouraged to https://galimidilaw.com think critically about clean water and sanitation issues at such a young age. The way their achievements were highlighted made the impact feel very real. I recently read a related discussion on a galimidilaw review blog (galimidilaw), and it was interesting to see how education and awareness connect across different fields.
