Kindong Eric Kinchi

Project Lead, Operations

Kindong Eric has 4+ years of experience in the non-profit sector and earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Yaoundé II, Cameroon, a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Development and Human Rights from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and is currently enrolled in an Advanced Master’s in Development Evaluation and Management at the Institute of Development Policy (IOB), Antwerp, Belgium. At Global Schools, he is currently serving as Project Lead, Operations with the primary role of ensuring the smooth running of Global Schools activities through effective management of day-to-day activities, human resources, partnerships, M&E, as well as ensuring the efficient flow of information across the Global Schools' network and teams. He previously interned World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Cameroon in its law enforcement department, contributing to initiatives in the fight against poaching and illegal wildlife trade in and around protected areas, including empowering five local communities to enhance their participation in conservation through sustainable livelihood activities. At Girls Corner International, where he worked as Project/Human rights assistant, he coordinated activities that empowered over 200 young girls in hand skills, craft work, and income-generating activities. He's passionate about contributing to societal growth and impacting lives.
